PLANT MANAGER

Ft Smith, AR

Our long-term client has asked us to conduct an exclusive nationwide search for their next Plant Manager of their < 100-person custom metal fabrication plant in one of the most popular locations in the US - Low cost of living, low crime, great schools, unlimited outdoor activities. Our client has been experiencing sustained and rapid growth for the last + 10 years and that is expected to continue.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience managing a CUSTOM Stainless Steel fabrication plant that manufactures industrial equipment for any of the follow industries; food processing, beverage, dairy, food service or WWT. ETO (Engineered To Order) experience is required. BS Degree is preferred, but not required. Someone who has advanced from an hourly operator / skilled trades position in a Custom metal fab shop to a Plant Manager role would be ideal for this position.

Experience and knowledge of:

• Stainless steel fabrication, welding, press brakes, laser cutters, water jet, machining is required.
• Must have a solid understanding of PDM, ERP and MRP.

Base salary in the low to mid $100 s plus bonus. Relocation assistance is available.
